PROBLEMS WITH REGISTERING A NEW DEVICE

Hi there, I'm trying to install my Wacom Intuous CTL-6100 on Windows 8. The new drive doesn't work on Windows 8, so I had to install an older drive. Now the pad works ok, but how can I register it to get the software? the system says that this pad model is registerable only with a new driver, and I can't use it as I deal with Windows 8. How can i resolve? Thanx a lot!

  Hi Martina Minoja, 

  The support team help manually registering the device to access the bonus software, but none of the bonus software will probably work on Windows 8 either. I would recommend that you consider upgrading your computer as well.
