Your Wacom shop  purchaser details calls for my country of residence ,which is the United Kingdom.

As the list of countries in the drop down window available for selection stops at Switzerland it is NOT possible 

to complete my purchase without being able to enter my country as it does NOT appear on the list of countries

Wacom needs to correct this urgently.Furthermore when your UK telephone is answered by the recorded voice

it asks if you wish to continue the call then press 1.If you follow this instruction you are immediately cut off.

It is impossible to get through on this line.I request your urgent reply

  Hi, 

  You can select the UK store on by clicking the flag on the upper right corner. 

  

   

  Also, I have tested the UK line and seems to be working fine at the moment. Perhaps this was a temporary issue but let us know if you experience this again.
