Wacom One Pen

My Wacom Pen calibration does not work, I tried to calibrate it with the calibration button, I restarted my laptop, and I made put the pen settings to default, still doesn't work. Any solutions?

  Hi Justin, 

  Can you let me know your Operating System, Wacom Driver and Wacom device model? 

  What exactly is happening when you click the calibrate button?

  I am unable to change the calibration what-so-ever.  Cursor is about 3" off from the pen tip :(
