driver center not opening

i purchased wacom cintiq 16 (2021) and downloaded the Windows Driver 6.4.4-3.

Everything was fine, i downloaded the driver from the website, accepted the user license, after installed success and rebooted my pc, the driver still not let me open the driver center.

I did reboot my pc many many times, then i open the file but it still like this

  Hi Doan Vu, 

  That message you posted is of the driver installer. Could you maybe be trying to open the installer instead of the actual Wacom Center? 

  If you already installed the driver, then please look for the Wacom Center in your Windows Apps.
