I bought the Wacom One 13 for my 12-year old son to draw on. I have the software downloaded and installed but cannot figure out what to do next. The tablet just shows a blue, empty PC desktop. Help!

  The Wacom One 13 is a pen display so it will act as a secondary display. 

  If you would like it to mirror your main display, you can using the "Windows Key + P" shortcut. 

  I would suggest that you start by installing the Wacom Driver and registering the device:
