Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus for Windows Ink Second Generation CS323AG0A shuts off completely after writing a few letters. Have to take the battery out to restart. Writes a few letters then shuts off again. Windows 11. Samsung 2 in 1 laptop. Any Help?

  You most likely need to replace the battery.

  Same exact problem here (I have the same model but the code is CS323AG0B) with an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible laptop. Sometimes the buttons stop working and then the pen stops responding entirely. Sometimes it fixes itself after a few seconds, sometimes I need to restart the pen by reseating the battery. I have checked and confirmed that this has nothing to do with the battery. I will update you if I find a fix.
