1 pen works, 2 do not

Randomly 2 pens stopped working. Latest pen WAS working, but can't find it. I redownloaded and updated the tablet driver. I set the pen settings to default. Still no go. The tablet will not recognize the pens. What happened?

  Hi Jodelle Reed,

  Without more information, the only logical explanation is that the pens are defective. 

  Please note that if 1 pen is working, this means that:

  • The tablet or pen display are working as intended
  • The Wacom Driver is working as intended

  If you need further assistance, please let me know:

  • Operating system
  • Tablet or Display model
  • Pen you are using
