Wacom Ink Space App won't let me create an account? / Wacom Ink Space app won’t connect to Wacom Intuos Pro tablet

I downloaded the Wacom Ink Space App and filled in all my info then on the last window it wouldn't create my account when I clicked on the "create an account". (?)


No connection to Ink Space app to use paper for sketching

  • Could you please confirm in which OS you are using the Inkspace App? 
  • What happens when you try to connect the Intuos Pro?
    Please bear in mind that to use Paper Mode you need the Ink pen
