Cintiq Pro 17 won't turn on

I purchased a Pro 17 earlier this month and it the display is dead all of a sudden. Makes a faint clicking noise. I tried connecting it to different power outlets in my house but it wont turn on.

  Sorry to read that. 
  Does the clicking noise come from the device or the power supply? I can see you are already in contact with the support team which would also be my next suggestion.
