  Hello, I have a wacom Intuos model ptk 640.
  The tablet shows no sign. I already used another calble but still no sign. What to do? I really need a this tablet. I like to hear from you.

  Thanks for reaching out. 
  When you connect your tablet, does it light up? There is a LED and LCD panels near the express keys which should light up if there is enough power reaching the device so please check that first. 

  Next please confirm your operating system and make sure you have a compatible driver installed. 
  This model a relatively old and the driver support stopped June 2020 with driver 6.3.41. 
  Make sure you have this version installed.
