Cintiq 27QHD Touch

I'm having problems with my 27QHD Touch from 2015.  

I used it on a PC in the past, switched to a Mac Desktop and have now built a new PC desktop, but I cannot get it to calibrate properly and when I place the stylus on the Cintiq, the line draws 3/16" away from the stylus.  

Can anyone give me any direction as to what is going on here?  

It was working just fine on my Mac when I used it last.

  Hi Mike Reisner, 

  Can you please confirm which version of the Wacom driver you are using and how your whole setup looks like? How many displays and the overall arrangement would be great. 

  Also if you try to calibrate using the Windows feature for pen displays, does it yield the same result?

  Control Panel > Look For Tablet PC Settings under Hardware & Sound and do the pen and touch calibration by following the on-screen instruction.
