Difficulty in adjusting pen sensitivity

I am a photographer using n M4 MAC running OS Sequoia 15.5 and using an older Wacom tablet: model PTZ 431W. I just downloaded and installed the latest Wacom driver package. My major problem is setting the pen reaction speed. At present it is very slow, to the point that I have to take 2 or 3 strokes across the tablet to cross the page. I looked in Mac system settings and tries to set the mouse speed higher, but it had no effect on the tablet. I can find no similar adjustment for the tablet, including under thel Wacom Center. I am experiencing other difficulties but this one is the most urgent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi john Freitag, 

  Can you confirm which driver you are using? Please notice that the last driver to support the Intuos 3 (your model) was released in December 2015, long before Sequoia was released so there will be some issues with direct compatibility.
