PTH 660 Jan 6 Driver actually worse than Oct 7 driver

Jan 6 scrolls un-usefully slow on various apps like Messages. Also still does not restore Legacy Pan & Scroll. Reinstalled Oct 7 and back to some normalcy.

  Hi Jeff Halmos, 

  I'm not sure I can replicate this. I don't use Messages and scrolling in Safari and Chrome seems normal. Can you tell me other Apps where you have the same issue?

  Messages and Notes were the ones I noticed. Scrolling required much more strokes of the pen (I have the bottom of the button set to Pan & Zoom).
