Wacom One pen not connecting to display

I have had a Wacom One Creative Pen Display for some time, and it has always worked just fine until now. I use it with a Chromebook and have had no issues. In using the display, everything was running smoothly until the pen stopped working out of the blue. My cursor still worked on the display and everything was working normally except that the pen wouldn't do anything on the display.

  I have created a support ticket so we can help you troubleshoot the issue. 

  In the meantime, I would recommend you to check the connections and checking if there are any pending updates to the system.
