    Hi Louis Vettese

I have not yet seen such an issue. Maybe you can share a photo with us?

Most often, "lines" on the display are an issue with the source - either the graphics card, output port, or the cable.

First, check if the issue persists with a different video source (another computer, game console, streaming device, etc.)

    • If no, this means there is a problem with the computer and you should contact Apple.
    • If yes, try replacing the cables or adapters of you use any. You can also try a different input in the Cintiq Pro (i.e. if you use HDMI, try using USB-C instead or vice-versa)

You can refer to our connection guide if necessary: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006333282-How-do-I-connect-my-Wacom-Cintiq-Pro-24-or-32-to-a-computer-

If the issue is still present after checking the connection, then you will need to contact our support team directly for additional troubleshooting: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support-

PS: The Wacom Driver has no influence on the image the Cintiq receives from the computer.

PS2: There is no official driver for Mac OS Sonoma yet: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/17629089706391-Is-there-a-driver-for-macOS-14-Sonoma-

    Hi Joao

Apologies for the late reply but I have tried some new HDMI cables and tried other ports but I still get these niggly red lines. Any more suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Louis

    Hi Louis Vettese

I only see a black square image attached.

If you tried different cables and ports, then we need to consider a defect with your display. Please contact our support for further advice.

    Hi Joao

Thanks for getting back to me. I now see that the screenshot I took for you does not show the red lines as I was viewing it via my Wacom (which has the problem!). So attached is a photo taken on my phone (excuse the quality) which shows the problem. With this in mind it must mean the display is faulty?

I appreciate your time and effort with this problem. Shall I contact support?

    Thanks

    Louis
