Cintiq 22HD loses signal while using with macbook M1

Using Cintiq 22HD connected to a macbook pro M1.

I use adapter to connect DVI cable with USB-C. 

It works but from time to time (unfortunately minutes) it loses the signal and turns off. Then it comes back but it's impossible to use it like that, drives you crazy.

 

Any suggestions? I've ordered on amazon another cable to test if could be an adapter issue.

Reinstalled and updated all the drivers but nothing seems to work. 

 

Help me please!

  Hi matteo magrini, 

  It's a good idea to try a different adapter. You can also open the back of the Cintiq and reseat the DVI cable or even replace it if needed. See the manual on how to do this here:
