New Intuos Pro Problem

Well- I've just got my new Intuos Pro and I have to say so far it is utter trash! I am running a Mac Book with dual screens. When I have 'Touch on' I can scroll around on both screens and all is fine. However when using the pen if I choose either screen by toggling the pen will only track on the right half of either screen and will not go beyond halfway to the left of the screen. I have tried all the mapping stuff and nothing seems to cure this. Exceedingly frustrating considering you have to wait two days for support to get back to you. 

Very, Very disappointed with this piece of hardware- will be going back for a refund unless it can be fixed quickly.

  Having just plugged in a smaller 'Pistachio' model that came with it as part of a deal- this seems to work fine. I can only conclude that Wacom have sent me a model that does not work- Thanks for that! What terrible service!
