can't connect intuous pro small pth451 to laptop

 I have a wacom intuos pro small pth451, and I don't see it on devices when I enter the wacom center even though it's plugged into my laptop. I have a 64bit windows11 laptop. I have been charging the tablet, the lights are flashing off and on. I have never used this device so I don't know the problem. I also don't have the original cable, I bought a basic usb mini cable. It seems to work fine.

  Hi Tuna Akçiçek, 

  If the LED is flashing and the tablet is not detected by your computer, it means the connection is not working.

  Please try a different USB cable and make sure you connect the tablet directly to your computer.
