Keys activated by shift do not work

Hi, all keys, except alpha and numerical, do not show, hence it's impossible to use some shortcuts keyboard with my Wacom Intuos pro. I am trying to record ctrl-shift-+

Can you help ?

  Hi Philippe Mayor, 

  I'm not entirely sure where you are stuck but ctrl-shift-+ should not be a problem if you use the regular key, depending on your keyboard layout. Here is how it looks on UK English layout:
