Pen tip not responding
Hello, I have followed all the steps in the Help Guide and in the Support Community pages (redownloaded driver, reinstalled everything, reset all settings, etc.) I cannot get my pen to respond to tap and I'm unable to do my work. This is very distressing!
The tablet works perfectly in every way except when I tap the pen on the tablet, it doesn't respond. It moves the cursor around and everything, just won't "click" on the screen. I am very distressed and don't understand why the ONLY feature I actually need to use doesn't work. Every other feature I never use works fine. I'm going to try to use my old prehistoric Wacom in the hope that that works. Please help, thank you!

If anyone is wondering, I plugged in my ancient Wacom (I don't even know what model it is because the information has rubbed off the back from so much use) and it works fine. Responds to tap with the old pen and will save me in this crises.
