Wacom Center not detecting my tablet

I've bought a Wacom Movinkpad 14 Pro recently and I've wanted to change binds on pen's buttons. I've read about it and saw that you need to connect the tablet to Wacom Center app on PC. The only problem is, that the app doesn't see the tablet. I have USB debugging on so I don't know what am I missing. I can't really connect the cable that I got with tablet because it's USB-C to USB-C, and I don't have that port. Simular issue is when I try to connect it with PC using Instant Pen Display Mode. The app freezes, crashes, sometimes disconnecting my tablet on it's own while plugged in with USB cable. I just would like to know whether it's me doing something wrong or if the issue stands in something else.
