Wacom One Medium, 2 cursors flickering while in Pen mode.

Im using windows 11 (Dual monitors), and whenever I try to use it in pen mode it flickers between 2 cursors and when I draw, it draws line between the both of them. I've tried mapping it to a single monitor, single application, changing settings, and forcing proportions. Is their a way to fix this? It was fine for a day then starting bugging when I went to use it today. Earlier today I had to fully uninstall drivers, apps and restart my pc 3 times to fix it, but only lasted a couple hours. I do not want to have to do that every couple hours.
