Intuos pro 2017 pth 860 , stalling cursor

I have the latest intuos pro 2025 and the previous gen. from 2017 pth 860 , both are using the same and latest wacom driver for win 10 
On the 2017 intuos pro large , every so often the pen cursor just stops responding for few seconds , it does totally nothing .
This could happen when drawing lines or browsing the web etc..
The only fast solution I have found to this problem is removing the pen from the magnetic field , then bring it back in and double click .
Is it possible that this issue is because the wacom loses density in the magnetic field ( sos the pen is not recognizeed ) or is it more of a driver issue ? 
I have noticed a few people have this exact same problem
