    I just found out that there is a new Wacom Community board since March which I can use with my Wacom ID. May I asked what happened to the old Wacom Forum and my old account I used with that forum? Is it still possible to access that forum or was it terminated?

    Wacom iis brilliant with its technology and the way in which it has enabled digital artists to create. Oh that its communistication skills were at a similar level - instead of being abysmal! I have just ordered one of the 2025 Cintiq 24 inch Touch tablets. After waiting days for my order to be processed and being subjected to the insulting 'Review Process' I received a perfunctory email from Wacom Australia to tell me my order had 'Shipped'. Was there a tracking number? NO! it seems that the autistic folk in the despatch department at Wacom Australia dont think that a customer who has just spent $2,600 on a new Cintiq needs to follow is progress through the delivery services. So I go to the highly confusing Wacom Australia web page and log on to my account. There I find all sorts of icons offering ways of buy more Wacom products, downloading software and troubleshooting. But NOTHING about my order history (which goes back 4 years!) despite the support page telling me that I can track my order by opening my account and clicking on the 'My Orders' icon. Presumably the My Orders icon was removed by another emotionally challenged coder when the website was upgraded, BECAUSE IT ISN'T THERE NOW in July 2025. Time to take a long HARD LOOK at your web pages and their developers Wacom. They are letting yoy down BADLY!
