Repair Service for Customers
If you think that your Wacom device needs repairs, please start with our dedicated help article: How do I set up a repair or RMA? – Wacom before you contact our support team: https://support.wacom.com. The article shows all troubleshooting steps that you can do to ensure that it is really your Wacom device – and eventually already which part.
We sell replacement accessories, cables, and power adaptors through our eStore (https://estore.wacom.com/) and through selected partners.
In case your device is really defect, please ensure to have all details ready when contacting us:
· Description of the issue, best with pictures
· Troubleshooting you have tried. Please see https://support.wacom.com for troubleshooting advice
· Device model number
· Device serial number
· Proof of purchase
How do I become a Professional Repairer? (EU only)
Within the EU Directive 2009/125/EC, Annex II D 5, Wacom Europe GmbH is required to sell certain repair parts and make repair manuals available to professional repairers.
To apply as professional repairer, the following preconditions need to be met:
· The applicant needs to be a professional repair business registered in the EU and with shipping address in the EU excluding the EU outermost regions (French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island and Saint-Martin (France), Azores and Madeira (Portugal), and the Canary Islands (Spain))
· The applicant needs to run the business in accordance with local laws, with good and ethical trade practices
· Professional workmanship / Technical competence to repair LCD screens are needed
· The professional repairer will not advertise themselves as official Wacom repair center
· The professional repairer will need to accept our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Sales
To apply as professional repairer, follow the steps below:

2) Attach a proof of insurance covering liabilities resulting from your activity when submitting your request
3) Submit
4) Once your application has started, Wacom will answer your request within 5 business days
