Controls resetting

All of my devices keep having their settings returned to default when I restart my pc.

My Express key remote keybinds all go back to default,

My Express Menu all resets to default,

My radial menu resets to default

even my pen resets its settings to default. Almost every time I reset my PC...

  Hi Aidan, 

  Which operating system are you using? When did the issue start?

  Do you have any 3rd party software that could interfere with the files - for example Antivirus software that deletes the preferences files after reboot?

  I have the same issue on my Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16

  I cannot determine what the pattern or trigger is.
  My tablet will go for weeks of daily use without encountering this problem, but occasionally, when the system is powered on and I log in, the software seems to reset all settings and customizations.
  
  The problem never seems to happen while I am using the tablet; only when the tablet is powered on and I have logged in, seemingly with the saved user settings failing to load.

  My machine is extremely lightweight on the software and the only anti-malware app I have installed is Windows Defender. 
  
  The only recourse is to obsessively backup any settings you have. Rebuilding express menus is a very painful process that takes many clicks and window navigation.
