Pen works and device connected and powered but display is not working

Hi,

I have just purchased Wacom one 13 a day ago and it worked well once.  

On second try, my Pen works and device is connected and powered but display is not working. 

It does not give signal issues, it just has "information" highlighted and then display turn black, despite device is being on still. 

My computer's HDMI works, and if Wacom's cable is not working then it should say signal or something right? 

So I don't understand why not working now and I don't understand what means "information" on screen before it goes black.
