Touch Ring Settings: Option "Skip" missing

I updated from a more than one year old driver.

Now the setting "Skip" is missing in Touch Ring options. Other users have this problem.

Workaround: It should be possible to edit a wacomprefs file and add "ESkip":

  Just checking on my past complaints :-)

  This seems to be fixed in my current favorite driver: 6.4.6-2

  You can't skip the very first one but that probably makes sense...
