Pen moves cursor, does not function otherwise (no click) Mac OS Monterey 12.6.6

I have the Intuos Pro Tablet Medium and my pen is not working - in my Wacom Settings in the Preferences pane, my computer recognizes the tablet, recognizes the pen pressure sensitivity, I am able to move the cursor with the pen, but not able to click. This is a new driver installation, I'm using it on Mac OS Monterey 12.6.6. 

I have gone through all of the troubleshooting articles, all of the proper security settings are checked on in my Security Preferences Panel. When I hover the pen over the tablet and I am in the "Diagnose Problem" window of Wacom Preferences, the pen does not register there at all.

  Hi, 

  Did you already reboot after setting up all the preferences? Sometimes Mac OS needs you to restart the Mac for the changes to take effect.

  Most likely you need to add or re-add the Wacom Driver permissions as described here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411693955095-Setting-up-the-Wacom-driver-with-macOS
