Lates Driver Update Still Not Working 6/7/23
I bought the PTH 660 a week ago and it has not worked out of the box. I noticed the driver is good for MacOS 10.15 - 13.0. The driver was updated on 6/6/23 and nothing has changed. I'm on OS 13.4 and I swear thats the problem at this point point - the driver needs to be compatible for 13.4. I've spent hours with IT for the past week with no resolve. The latest driver release still does not work. I've made sure previous iterations of the driver have been completely wiped from my computer before downloading again.
At this point I'm feeling the pressure to return the tablet before the return window closes.
I'm saddened as I've been using wacom products for over a decade.

Sorry to read you have not been able to get the tablet to work properly yet.
However, I can confirm there is no compatibility issue with Mac OS 13.4. I have tested this myself with a Macbook Pro from 2017, the latest driver and an Intuos Pro and it all works as expected.
I suspect there may be an issue with either your Mac, or your user account, but this is not something we can troubleshoot through the Community thread.
