Bamboo Folio - Inkspace app issue (Android and windows)
Bought a bamboo folio few weeks back. Installed the inkspace app on both Android phone & Windows Laptop. Facing problem in both.
Android: Logged in using the Wacom ID . However, can not export the written notes to anything other than 'convert to text' or MP4. For everything else (Export to JPG,PNG,DOC, PDFSVG etc,) the app either crashes or nothing happens.
Windows: Can't log in to my wacom ID using the Windows App. Which makes the entire device rendered unusable as we can't export to text or any other format if we can't log into the Wacom ID. While trying to log in it just keeps showing wrong username/password. Wheares the usernam and password is absolutely fine while logging into other device or logging in through web Browsers in the same laptop.

Sorry to read that.
For Android, can you confirm the android version and phone model you are using? If you logging into the https://inkspace.wacom.com/authentication/login are you able to export from here?
