i just baught my new tablet and was very exited to try it out but the wacom driver or app wont open whatever i do. its not even opening in the background

  Hi Dömény Zsolt, 

  Please make sure you have the right driver installed for the CTH-490. The old One by Wacom was using a different driver type so if you haven't yet, you probably want to uninstall that driver version and install only the latest one for CTH-490 from here: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers
