Cintiq 22HD goes black/sleep for few seconds every 15 minutes
Recently my Cintiq 22HD display goes black (with Sleep notice on screen) for a few seconds then comes back on immnediatly on its own. Sometimes it does this as often as once every 15 minutes and sometimes once and hour or more, but it happens at least a few times everyday. There have been no driver software changes that I am aware of since this started, but it's a corporate machine so a system update could have been pushed onto it that I am not aware of.
Any chance that this a known issue?

Hi Don Stucke,
The device will go to sleep it there is no input video signal from the source. I would recommend checking the connections and make sure everything is plugged all the way through and then check the video source graphics card driver, adapters, etc.
You can open the back of the Cintiq to check the connection with our guide here: http://101.wacom.com/UserHelp/en/Setup2_Cintiq22.htm

Don, did you figure it out? Our monitor suddenly starts going into sleep mode immediately after we turn it on. Unplugged everything to make sure connections were good, and it seemed ok. Then it turned off again 15 min later. So frustrating. $1600 paper weight. 🥺

Hi Kim Vinson,
Which model do you have and how is it connected? As I mentioned to Don, what you are experiencing means there is no video signal reaching the display and this is a clear connection issue.
