Need Help With Wacom one 13 Problem. Pen Keeps Dragging

Hello. This is my first time posting, sorry if there are mistakes. So I bought Wacom One 13 DTC133WO a few months ago. I used it a few times (less than five), I stopped because I was working on my thesis and didn't use it again until yesterday. When I used it, It kept dragging making this blue rectangle as seen in the picture. I tried disabling the press and hold on the control panel, I tried using my brother's laptop but the problem was still there. Thank you.

My Specs:
OS: Windows 11 (22H2)
Connected Cables: HDMI
Driver Version: 6.4.3-1 ( I tried lowering the driver to 6.4.1-3 and 6.3.44-3)

  Hi Kevin Heshell, 

  That happens when the pen pressure sensor is stuck. Then pen will behave as if you are always pressing the tip down.
