How to boot Mobile Studio Pro from usb

Tried resetting including wiping clean, but still can't get my MSP to boot. I made a boot usb from another, identical MSP, but can't seem to get the broken one to boot from it (I did set this in the Boot Manager). Now it just hangs with a blank screen when I restart, with the boot usb in.

  Now I've made it to the Windows installation screen, but it's asking for a product key. Ugh.
