Curser Jumps Across Horizontal Tablet Bands

Intuos Pro small...

Any advice for correcting two 1" horizontal bands that the curser jumps over? I currently have two bands that the curser will not rest within...it jumps immediately up to the band top or vice versa going down. It is extremely frustrating and makes the tablet useless.

I have sent request for support but Wacom seems lethargic at best in providing any guidance. Received one reply 4 days after the initial request which asked for additional info...provided..."crickets". Is this level of technical support typical for this organization? Currently at day 10 which is less than acceptable.

Close to having to purchase a replacement but it will not be another Wacom!

  Hi Bob Scott, 

  From what you describe, the pen sensor is defective. You need to follow up with support to check the warranty and repair options. 

  I have let some feedback for the team about the delayed response.
