Phantom graphic

I'm using an Intuos pen tablet. I'm getting this graphic that appears and disappears frequently. It is very annoying.  It is a long horizontal oval divided into 4 sections: An up-facing arrow, an orange circle that says "Option" under it, a circle with a line at the top and the last section says "CTRL". How do I get rid of this?!

  I am not sure what you mean. Could you post a screenshot? 

  Perhaps you are talking about the ExpressView feature that is available on the Intuos Pro?
