Intuos 4 pen glitching and gap

    Please install the latest driver to support the Intuos 4 - Driver 6.3.41-1

    Once that is done, please check again if you Intuos 4 is detected by the Wacom Tablet properties correctly and also check in the Windows Device manager under Human Interface Devices. 

    Please also check and confirm if the eraser end of the pen is working the same way. If it doesn't, then your pen is defective and you will need a replacement (Model: Grip Pen KP-501E)

    thanks for the response, however this occurs with all pens I have tried, even ones that work perfectly on other tablets. Also occurs on those drivers, as I have tested many.

    Then the pen sensor of your Intuos 4 is defective. The Intuos 4 is no longer in service (meaning it cannot be repaired) but please contact our support if you would need help with getting a replacement.
