Will Wacom One work?

We are looking to purchase the Wacom One tablet for my daughter and not sure if this is the best product for her.  She currently uses her Google Pixel phone to take a picture of a drawing she made on paper, then uses the phone to color it and upload it to her website.  We are trying to find the best option for her to continue her style, but using the Wacom One tablet.  Would this be a good fit for her?  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
