Tablet connects but nothing works

Tablet will connect to Bluetooth but the buttons and pen do nothing. Tried plugging it in through USB and the pen sensitivity wouldn't work and neither would the buttons. On top of that, the cursor was a dot. I have tried everything, even uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but it still won't work.
