Alt-click in Photoshop stopped workingn on my Cintiq

Hi all, 

using Windows 11, Cintiq 16 and Photoshop 25, the function ALT+click suddently stopped working with my pen. It is fine  with the mouse, but when using my pen, nothing.

Any suggestion how to fix that ?
