I'm having issues connecting the pen.

I just got my Wacom tablet today (for christmas!!) and i'm really happy with it, but the pen won't connect. I downloaded the latest driver, made sure it didn't need charge (just figured out its a no battery pen) and yeah. Can someone please help?

  Could you please provide some more details?

  • Tablet model
  • Operating system
  • Wacom driver installed

  Do you see any error messages when you open the Wacom Center?
