Wacom.one drawing tablet not working at all

Hello Everyone,

I bought my Wacom.one about 8 months ago and have tried several times to draw with the pen.  I can connect it and the laptop sees it and recognizes the hardware but I haven't succeeded in drawing a single line with it.  Has anyone else had the same problem and managed to resolve it.
