Pan and Zoom in Photoshop not working with Mac January, 2024 driver 6.4.5-3 (macOS 11 - 14)

I understand this was an issue with a previous driver and a similar problem seems to have emerged with the latest driver (Jan 24, 2024).

After I installed this driver on top of 6.4.4-5 (macOS 11 - 14)  (11/13/2023), Pan/Zoom... set for the first pen button caused strange behavior with Photoshop. Pan/Zoom... became a Pan/Scroll, with the cursor turning into the color picker (thermometer). I was able to get things working again by turning off "Zoom with Scroll wheel" preference in Photoshop, so there must be a conflict between Zoom and Scroll somewhere. This is not what I want to do, I want to have both things working, zoom with scroll wheel, and Pan/Zoom... on the Pen. 

I also noticed when activating the broken "Pan/Zoom..." with the pen that Photoshop was exhibiting strange behavior, like the rotate function turning on, or the Brush sizes panel activating.

When I rolled back to 6.4.4-5 (luckily we can do this), everything returned to "normal." 

Putting this out there in case others experienced this when upgrading to the new driver. I'll be more careful when upgrading, although I wish we didn't have to.

I am using Photoshop 25.4.0, MacOS Sonoma 14.3, Intuos Pro, on a Macbook M3 Pro
