NEW CINTIQ PRO 27NOT RECOGNIZED BY WACOM CENTER

After disconnecting the dispay from the computer and the internet I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.  The wacom center does not open and is not recognized bit. Ive connected it with two cables according to the instructions. Is there a third cable that is needed? Please help.

  Hi Cynthia Wells,

  I am bit confused about what the real issue is. 

  I think it's better that we focus on the 2 main steps: Connecting the device and installing the Wacom Driver correctly.

  I specially recommend to watch the video carefully and make sure you select the right one for your operating system (Windows or Mac)
