Cannot name Keyboard shortcuts on Wacom Center

Hi, I'm trying to setup the express menu with custom keyboard shortcuts to work with Illustrator on Wacom Center. But there's an issue where when I try to name the shortcut, it won't let me. Instead, it appends the last set name of the shortcut with ".wacomprefs". Please help!

 

I'm on MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1, running illustrator 28.2.

  Hi Lily Sun, 

  Do you have 2 versions of Illustrator installed? I am not sure from your description but this sounds like the known bug listed here:
