My DTH-1620/AK's touch screen is working but it won't show my computer screen even though I plugged in my HDMI cords to it

So I have a Wacom cintiq pro DTH-1620/AK who's touch screen works but for some reason it won't display my computer screen on it despite the fact that I plugged in my HDMI cords to it and the computer and I got  message that said

"Compatible display not found. TO USE THIS APP please connect a compatible display device such as a cintiq or mobile studio pro." 

 

Did I download the wrong Wacom software ? I believe that model is from 2017 so I tried downloading an older software from then but it wouldn't let me so I decided to download the newest one. I have an inspirion 12020 by the way

  Hi Pitta fat, 

  Does the Cintiq actually display an image? I would recommend to doublecheck the connections since from your description, this is where the problem is.
