Cintiq Pro 17 won't turn on
I purchased a Pro 17 earlier this month and it the display is dead all of a sudden. Makes a faint clicking noise. I tried connecting it to different power outlets in my house but it wont turn on.

Does the clicking noise come from the device or the power supply? I can see you are already in contact with the support team which would also be my next suggestion.0
