Intuos CL 6100m not seen by Wacom Apps

Intuos CL 6100m not seen by Wacom Apps but is connected by Bluetooth.  See screen grabs.  Any help appeciated. Running W11 hi-end Dell PC, latest Wacom drivers added

  That error message means that the driver is not being allowed to start or to run for some unknown reason. Please try the steps here:
