Unable to turn off Touch on Cintiq 16 prohd

Hello, 

I juste install my new cintiq 16prohd, model DTH-167, and i'm unable to turn off the touch mode, which make it impossible for me to work: i click on "deactivate" in the wacom center, nothing happens.

I use it on a mac os ventura 13.5.2, and on the latest version of the wacom driver. I tried using it with an older drive (august 2024), it does'nt solve the problem.

I tried switching from usb to usb-c, nothing changes, it really seems like a software problem.
